International Orders

The Tornado Project invites our international customers to purchase our exceptional products in any of these four ways.

If you want to order online, using our secure server, go here. If you want to send in a check or money order, and would like a mail-in/fax-in order form, you can click here to get the order form!

We accept VISA, MasterCard, and American Express if you want to use a credit card.
We accept bank checks(from banks with a US bank affiliation) made out in US dollars.
We accept international money orders (contact your bank for information).
When you are writing your address, please do not abbreviate any words, and do remember to specify the country!
If you have an e-mail address, list it and we will let you know that we have received and are shipping your order.
You may want to print out and use our international mail/fax form.

2. E-mail us anytime
at tornproj@plainfield.bypass.com

List your order with your credit card number and address, written just as you want it shipped.
Different countries have different ways of writing addresses, and put postal codes in different places, so this will help insure a speedy delivery.
You may want to refer to our international mail/fax form to make sure you include the correct information.

3. Phone us
On Monday through Saturday from 9AM to 9PM(1400 to 0200GMT)
At (802) 748-2505 with your credit card in hand.
See your local phone directory to find instructions for international phone calls.

4. Fax us
Any time of the day or night at (802)748-2543 with your order and credit card number.
You may print out and use our international mail/fax form if you like.
5. Use our secure online order form

All orders weighing less than 4 pounds( 1.8 kg) are shipped SMALL PACKET AIR.
Orders weighing more than that are shipped AIR PARCEL POST.

If you order videos, we will send them in the television/video system
that is most commonly used in your country. If you know that you want
a specific system other than that, please let us know. If you don't know what
we are talking about, you can ignore the last two sentences and let us
take care of it, or e-mail us and we'll explain.
None of us were born knowing this stuff.

Although we can't accept currency other than USD, we know that you might want to know how much our products cost in the currency of your country. If so, determine the total cost(in USD) on our international order form page, and go to this site to find out the equivalent in your currency.
