Just Call Us Purists!
We thought that you might like to know that all the tornadoes on our posters are real tornadoes. They didn't occur in anyones imagination. They are not "virtual tornadoes" created in Photoshop.
They were photographed by real people--most by skilled storm chasers, others by individuals who happened to be in the right place at the right time. Our graphic artist has increased the contrast on a few, cleaned up scratches on a few, and tinted a few black and white photos to match the background color, like you see on the right. That is where any enhancement stopped, because beyond that point, reality becomes fiction.
