Shipping

The shipping cost is already factored into the price of the item, so if you see a price of $29 on a video, that is the total price as long as it is to be shipped within the US or Canada.
We ship all videos, posters, mugs, tee-shirts, the smaller books, and caps via USPS Priority Mail within the US and to APO or FPO addresses. If you pay with a credit card, bank check or money order, we ship within two business days of receiving your order. Priority Mail ordinarily takes 2 to 3 days during non-holiday periods, and can take up to 6 in the week before Christmas. Significant Tornadoes may be shipped either by Priority Mail or book rate, depending on the location of the buyer. You can guarantee that we use Priority Mail for Significant Tornadoes by adding an extra $5 shipping and specifically requesting it. We will ship UPS for an extra charge only.
Videos and books are shipped in boxes, and posters are rolled and shipped in either boxes or cardboard mailing tubes.
If you need something shipped overnight, we are happy to oblige, but the order must be placed by 3 PM EST and extra charges will apply.
You may choose either United States Postal Service Express Mail or FedEx. If you know that you need it shipped overnight, we will need to get your order and determine the weight before we can tell you the exact extra cost. However, you can get a good approximation of the extra charge for overnight delivery by following the instructions on the next page.
