| Is your shelter made to be installed above ground level, fully below ground level, or only partially buried? | Our unit is below ground level. 29" protrudes above ground. This is where the door is. | |
| What material is your shelter made of and how thick is it? | It is a 2 piece precast concrete unit. It weighs 12000 pounds and is bolted together on both sides with steel straps. It is sealed in the middle with a silicone product and is guaranteed not to leak for 10 years. | |

| How is the shelter delivered, and by who? | We produce 13 units a day, 6 days a week. They are delivered with a truck and hoist. There must be 9 feet of access into the yard. It must be 13 feet high. | |

| Has your shelter undergone any kind of testing by engineers? | No testing has been done. We have an engineers stamp of approval and have been installing these for over 20 years. We have probably over 5000 units in the ground, several of which were in the May 3rd tornadoes in Oklahoma. | |
